Iceland Day 1
Reykjavik in early Autumn, a distinctly European mixture of vibrant color against grayscale sky, soil, and pavement. We walked streets named for the Old Gods, visited the massive Lutheran structure celebrating a slightly less old deity, squeezed as many stray kitties as our weary feet could chase down, and marveled at just how small and cozy a nation’s capital could be.
We do recommend the salted cod. We do not recommend the fermented shark.
